Frequently asked

Clear answers.
Nothing left out.

What clients ask before the first conversation, and our honest answers.

Is a new website always better than improving an existing one?

No. If the technology and structure still suit your needs, focused improvements may be more useful. We explain the proposal using the existing website and your goals.

Can you implement actions from an existing audit?

Yes. Send us the report and your website address. We clarify which actions we can implement and provide a quote. A new audit is not automatically required.

Can SEO work without paid advertising?

Yes. Organic search is a separate channel from paid advertisements. Content, technical work and ongoing support still require time and may incur costs.

How soon will new search visits appear?

This depends on the starting point, search demand and competition, among other factors. Technical corrections and new content do not all take effect at the same speed. We agree a review period and assess the available data.

Can I order only an audit first?

Yes. The audit is a standalone service, and Light is free of charge. You can implement the actions yourself, discuss them with an existing provider or commission us. If the project follows within 60 days of a Premium audit, we credit its price.

What does a marketing agency in Germany cost?

Marketing agencies in Germany typically charge hourly rates between €80 and €200 or monthly retainers from ~€1,500 upward. bravique works differently: 0 € upfront for B2B Cold Calling. We earn when you earn. Fair setup flat fees for build work (website, brand, CRM setup). Transparent monthly fees for ongoing support (ads, email, CRM care). Specific numbers after a no-obligation discovery call. Sources: avervo.de, agenturmatching.de, as of October 2026.

How does B2B Cold Calling on commission work?

On commission, we bear the full risk: we build the prospect list, call, qualify, set appointments, all without upfront cost. Only when our work converts into actual paid revenue does a commission flow to us. This works particularly well for B2B companies with deal sizes from ~€5,000 upward, a clear target audience and capacity to handle the appointments we deliver. Active in Bavaria, DACH-wide, plus UK, Italy, Spain and New Zealand.

What is the difference between a sales agency and an ad agency?

A classical ad agency generates attention: campaigns, creative, reach. A sales agency turns that attention into closed deals: Cold Calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, negotiation. bravique combines both as an integrated marketing and sales agency: we build the pipeline (marketing) and close it (sales). The typical friction between agency, in-house marketing and sales team disappears.

Which marketing agency suits SMEs in Bavaria?

For small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bavaria, the agency must work with manageable budgets, be locally rooted, and not impose retainer risk. bravique is based in Middle Franconia (Thalmässing, south of Nuremberg) and serves SMEs in Nuremberg, Erlangen, Fürth, Schwabach, Roth, Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Munich and across Bavaria. Our model is built precisely for SMEs with tight cash-flow: 0 € upfront on sales, fair setup fees, transparent monthly fees.

How fast does B2B Cold Calling work?

Depending on the audience and campaign, the first qualified meetings may be possible within two to four weeks. This is a planning estimate, not a guarantee. Closed deals also depend on your offer, demand and sales process. Before launch we agree on target accounts, capacity and a realistic schedule.

What does B2B cold calling or telemarketing cost?

Two models are common on the market: roughly €100 to €500 per qualified meeting, or an hourly model at around €30 to €99 per calling hour, often plus setup costs. In both cases you pay before anything is sold. At bravique it works differently: no upfront fee, a commission of 8 to 50% on the attributed net added revenue, due once your customer has paid. Sources: leadscraper.de, telefonakquise-agentur.de, as of October 2026. See cold calling.

Can you outsource sales, and who is it worth it for?

Outsourcing pays off when your offer is solid, the target group is clear and all that is missing are the conversations. An in-house junior sales hire in Germany costs a median gross salary of around €45,000 a year, or around €55,000 with employer social security contributions, before a single deal is closed. It does not pay off if the offer is not yet convincing, or if nobody can take the meetings that arise. Sources: stepstone.de, tk.de, as of October 2026.

How many meetings does cold calling produce per month?

That depends on the target group, the offer, the price and how reachable the decision makers are, and it cannot be promised seriously in advance. Before the start we agree how many conversations will be held, what counts as a qualified meeting and how attribution works. We quote numbers only once we have measured them in your target group.

Do you need addresses from me, or do you research them yourself?

Either works. If you have a list, we check it for fit. If you do not, we research target customers by industry, size and region. Before the start we agree together who is approached and who is explicitly not, for example existing customers or conversations already under way.

What happens if no deal comes about?

Then it costs you nothing. That is the point of no upfront fee: the risk is ours. That is also why we only take on projects where we see a realistic chance of closing and have the capacity. If we are not a fit, we say so beforehand.

Marketing agency Nuremberg vs. Munich: what is the difference?

Location alone says little about an agency’s quality. Relevant experience, a clear scope, an accessible contact and transparent terms matter more. bravique is based in Thalmässing near Nuremberg, working with businesses in Bavaria in person and remotely across the DACH region and internationally. An initial conversation establishes whether the work and approach are a good fit.

Does bravique also offer sales training and on-site promotion?

Yes. We provide sales training for sales and field service teams, direct-sales coaching and full on-site promotion, from booth concept and onboarding of promoters to execution at point-of-sale, on trade fairs or at events. These services are priced on a per-project basis: day rates for training, flat fees for promotion campaigns, coaching programs by scope. Specific quote on briefing. The offering is backed by existing practice in sales and promotion as well as a certified IHK trainer qualification.

Which companies is bravique a fit for, and which not?

bravique is ideal for: small and mid-sized B2B companies in Bavaria and DACH with an explainable product, average deal value above ~€5,000, a defined target audience, and the capacity to handle new appointments. A good fit for companies wanting an extended sales arm without hiring permanent in-house sales staff. Not a fit for: pure B2C consumer goods under €200 average order, companies without a traceable sales structure (CRM, pipeline, quoting process), or clients who want strict hourly billing instead of performance orientation. In a 20-minute pre-call we clarify this honestly before anyone invests a euro.

What is "Sales as a Service" and how exactly does the commission model work?

"Sales as a Service" means: we act as your external sales engine: target-account research, first-touch outreach, qualification, appointment setting with decision-makers, and optional proposal support. Compensation is purely performance-based: a commission on incremental revenue, accounted for after the customer’s payment is received. No setup fee, no retainer, no hour contingents. Commission size depends on deal value, sales cycle and industry margin. Typical range: 8 to 50% of net incremental revenue for a defined effect period (e.g. 12 months after first close). Exact terms are contractually fixed before kickoff.

How is bravique different from typical performance marketing agencies?

Classic performance marketing agencies sell clicks and leads. What happens next, whether the leads actually close, is not their concern. bravique is different because we take over the sales close ourselves: when Google Ads, Meta Ads or an email campaign produces a lead, we call, qualify, book appointments and accompany the deal to close. That eliminates the typical break between "agency delivered leads" and "internal sales did nothing with them." Plus: we do not bill by the hour, we use setup flat fees plus running monthly retainers. Predictable, not surprising.

Which AI applications does bravique concretely deploy in marketing and sales?

We use AI where it measurably saves hours or lifts conversion: (1) Lead scoring via LLM that evaluates account research data in seconds, (2) outbound personalization tailoring email and cold-call openers to the specific recipient, (3) CRM automation for data hygiene, lead routing and follow-up reminders, (4) customer-service workflows with AI-assisted pre-qualification, (5) content briefing generation for performance marketing. We use standard platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Make/n8n, OpenAI API) instead of in-house builds. Cheaper, more maintainable, swappable.

What does a professional website for a small business cost?

Market ranges vary widely. A site builder such as Wix or Jimdo costs roughly €10 to €50 a month plus your own time. Freelancers usually charge €1,500 to €5,000 for a small site. Agencies usually land between €5,000 and €25,000 for small and medium businesses. At bravique, Website Light costs €1,500 net, which is €1,785 including VAT, with the scope agreed in advance. Sources: mr-site.de, adfera.de, as of October 2026. See prices and market comparison.

Can a good website be affordable, or is cheap always bad?

Cheap becomes expensive where something is missing that has to be rebuilt later: a separate address per topic, content that is readable without JavaScript, short loading times, clean handling on a phone, and a proper legal notice and privacy policy. A compact site can have all of that. What matters is not the price but what the quote does and does not include.

What is included in a website for €1,500 net and what costs extra?

Included are a compact, individually designed one-pager, your services, the contact route and the agreed content, the layout for phone and desktop, and the technical and editorial base structure, plus the setup with domain, hosting with a hosting partner we trust, mailbox, upload and go-live. Scope, supplied content and revisions are agreed before the start. On top come the monthly costs for hosting and domain, which you cover, plus additional functions and ongoing support if you want them. VAT of 19 % is added to the net price.

What does a website cost to run per year?

A domain costs around €10 to €25 a year, hosting with SSL around €3 to €30 a month depending on the technology. On top of that comes only the maintenance you actually want; an agency maintenance contract is often €80 to €150 a month. With Website Light the setup is included in the fixed price; you cover the running costs for domain and hosting. Ongoing support is a separate agreement and never a requirement. Sources: mr-site.de, adfera.de, as of October 2026.

Is there funding for a new website?

There is hardly any grant for a plain company website; most German state programmes explicitly exclude standard websites. Exceptions are DigitalInvest KMU in Saarland and, for innovative projects, DIGITAL INNOVATION in Saxony-Anhalt. Online shops connected to business processes, software and consulting are funded more often. Funding calculator for all German states, in German.

Site builder or a website made for you: which is worth it?

A site builder is cheap and quick as long as you have time and can live with a template. Having a site made pays off when it has to be found and bring enquiries, when your own design and your own content matter, or when you would rather spend your time on your business. We will tell you honestly if a site builder is enough for your case.

I have no website at all yet. How does it start?

With a short conversation about purpose, content and scope. After that you receive a quote with a fixed frame. You do not need a website audit for this; the audit is meant for existing sites. We handle the setup: securing the domain, setting up hosting and mailbox, handing over all credentials at the end. With Website Light it is included in the fixed price. Describe your plan.

What does managing Google Ads and Meta Ads cost?

A setup fee for the build and then a monthly fee based on the scope and complexity of the accounts. There is no hourly rate and no mid-month top-up. You pay the advertising budget directly to Google or Meta; it does not run through us.

Do you also work for companies outside Nuremberg?

Yes. The office is in Alfershausen near Thalmässing in the Nuremberg area, and the work is done across the DACH region and internationally, including the UK, Italy, Spain and New Zealand. For websites, SEO and support, distance does not matter; for on-site promotion and training we agree travel and dates beforehand.

Is a placement on Google or ChatGPT guaranteed?

No. A well-structured, fast and accessible website provides the technical foundation. Whether and when Google or ChatGPT index or recommend a page is up to those services. We can improve content, technology and measurable visibility, but cannot guarantee a particular ranking.
