What you do
Industry, size, who your customers are. One sentence is enough. It decides whether sales, marketing or the presence itself is the sensible first step.
Two or three sentences are enough to start: what you do, what is not working right now and when it should begin. The message reaches me directly, not an inbox someone else reads.
Industry, size, who your customers are. One sentence is enough. It decides whether sales, marketing or the presence itself is the sensible first step.
Too few enquiries, the wrong enquiries, a website nobody finds, or sales that keeps slipping behind the day job. The more concrete you are, the shorter the first call.
More meetings, a presence that fits the company, clean data in the CRM. “I don’t know yet” is an answer too; then we work it out on the call.
A rough time frame is enough. If it is urgent, say so and I will sort the enquiry accordingly.
An enquiry usually gets an answer the same or the next working day. Then comes a non-binding conversation of about twenty minutes, by phone or video. After that you get it in writing: what will be done, what it costs and in which instalments it is paid. Before that I name no figure I cannot hold to, and afterwards it does not change quietly.
If the project does not fit what bravique can deliver, I say so in the first conversation and not after the third. That costs me one job and saves you two months.
